I'm working to make this project look better. I'm reviewing the content
The processing saw the integration of the Wood Cutting and Discount sections into the Paydesk app. Later the administration panel of the Brico stores was also designed. Maintained and upgraded the back office app in order to provide all the BricoCenter stores' team assistants with functionalities such as: associate customer's fidelity card, scan item's barcode, apply discount, access cash desk payment process, estimate woodcut cost, review receipt history.
Since this app was built with Sketch technology, I rolled along by introducing a basic design system. The final product given was a prototype easily shared online for collaboration with the Brico Center's Product Owner
Besides the discount features, the woodcut section was one of the main upgrade ever done, since the creation of this app in 2018. With this features the BricoCenter Store's assistant is able to provide the customers with a technical support in cutting pieces of woods
Once the customers chooses the wood to buy, the assistant associate his profile with the payment process
The assistant scans the item to get more infos about it (typology)
These features allows the assistant to edit the type of cut and eventually apply a discount
As the customer is satisfied with the result and price, he's been given a receipt to pay at the cash desk
Based on a library built in advance, the design has included an improvement in this phase for a better management of the interfaces in its components
Thanks to the preliminary UX study with user journeys, it was possible to proceed with the changes screen by screen in an iterative cycle between Client and Develop to evaluate the integration of new requests and expertly applying the necessary components
