It's been a long time and I stop working on this material.
On the occasion of the celebration throughout Europe of the single emergency number 112, the Ministry of the Interior launched a new app for use by the population to communicate emergencies and a panel to be used by a dedicated staff to welcome these emergencies. The design was focused on the latter, as well as a dedicated area for communications between administrative staff and people.
112 is a common emergency telephone number that can be dialed free of charge from most mobile telephonesen.wikipedia.org/wiki/112_(emergency_telephone_number text: [Source Wikipedia]). It is the common emergency number in the world and as well as several other countries of Europe. The number has been also adopted by Italy recently. This is where the client and backoffice app Where Are You kicks in in order to provide anyone in need of help with assitance on the go. As stated at the beginning of 2019, the Home Office of Italy (Ministero dell'Interno) is working actively to make it happen all over the country by the end of 2020
Here the Style Guide or Library came to life, in its very first version, such as to contain concepts of Foundation and Building Blocks and distribute them on all interfaces at a later stage. As I've been given the task to create the admin panel, I produced a minimal Ui library as a document that shows the main building blocks used all over the user interface project
Check out the Style Guide that evolved to version 3.1
During the design of the Style Guide, hypotheses of animations on the components were advanced, such as for the Empty State or the animation of a Loader
Prima della progettazione Ui รจ stato necessario definire alcuni aspetti interattivi con focus sulla navigazione dell'applicativo
112 Chat Room has thus become an interface dedicated to the switchboard operating staff to manage requests in the form of a chat room. The Ui iteration saw the application of the principles set out in the Style Guide and at the same time accepted the requests received from the customer. The result was thus defined in a typical horizontal accordion layout structure for synchronous communication
The prototype was developed to show the main functions of creating, managing, viewing, incoming communications and much more emergencies chat related activities
This is a quick demo overview about the usage of the backoffice panel. It has been conceived to create and manage people emergency requests in the form of chat rooms
I conceived and easy way to navigate the User Interface by giving the user the chance to jump from one section to another
